Shop Around the Corner
|||||Honky Cat - Elton John||]|
In the end of the movie, where Joe and his dad are on the boat and his dad is talking about how Jillian ran off with Nanny Maureen, I can never help thinking "It's all Joe's fault!!" I mean, when the two of them showed up at the boating area in the beginning, Jillian wanted Nanny Maureen to stay with the kids, but Joe told them to go off because they had something important to do ((rolling bandages for Bosnian refugees or volunteering at the Henry Street Settlement!)) Then, at Chistmas, when Annabelle was singing "Tomorrow," Jillian put her hand on Joe's leg and then he motioned for Nanny Maureen to take his place. Thus, Joe was probably the reason why they spent so much time together / ran off together.
Does anyone else feel this way??
Lots of love,
